James has degrees in Arts and Law from the University of Melbourne and a Masters in Law from Monash University. Before becoming a lawyer, James worked in business, managing sales teams for a national retailer.

Marianne was admitted in 2003 and has a degree in Law from the University of Melbourne. She practised for many years as a senior leasing lawyer in national firms, acting for a diverse mix of large tenant and landlord businesses.
Marianne also has extensive in-house experience handling transactions and managing portfolios embedded within commercial teams of large landlords, a national retailer and an international property agency.
